I think nothing could be the better idea for weight lose than yoga. Yoga would be really helpful for you to lose your weight just with in some months. But also remember that right yoga posture is also very important.. ------------------------------- How to do yoga for weight loss?

Definitly both. I usually have some problems with starting to exercise, so I use a supplements for this purpose: liftmode.com/health-promoting/huperzine-a.html. It helps me focussing on the workout and not doing anything else instead. It works just fine for me and after a few days, it is not that hard anymore. My diet is not that different from my everyday food, because I always keep an eye on this, I prefer healthy, home cooked food.
