I figured I'd start a diet or eating lifestyle thread since I haven't seen one here yet. What diet or eating routine are you currnetly on? What is your favorite new recipe or meal you tried for the first time? Favorite of all time? What ratios do you usually eat.
Currently, I'm on survival mode lol Being a new personal trainer, my client sessions are all over the place. Some times I'm lucky if I can get a hot, homemade meal. So it has mostly been eggs and oatmeal for breakfast. A salad, potatoes, and chicken breast for lunch, and whatever the girlfriend and I want to whip up for dinner. And date night, which is usually some kind of meal and ice cream lol

Dinner is an important meal in my house. I make it sure that we eat a healthy diet. The things were more relaxed on the weekends. On Saturday night, my wife make recipes from livre régime. The livre régime helps to maintain a healthy weight and avoid certain health problems. My wife even refer online websites to find new recipes.
